What Is a B Corp?

Certified B Corporations are businesses that meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. Becoming a B Corp means we're part of a global movement of companies using business as a force for good and we take that responsibility seriously.

But B Corp certification isn’t just a badge. It’s a blueprint. It shapes how we operate internally, how we treat each other, and more importantly; how we make decisions as a team.

People Come First

One of the core principles of the B Corp movement is a focus on people;  employees, customers, suppliers, and communities. So for us,  that means creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, supported, and heard.

From fair salaries and inclusive hiring practices, such as B Applied who we have previously worked with, to flexible working arrangements and professional development opportunities, we strive to ensure that our team members can thrive both at work and beyond. And this is reflected in our mission statement; Our mission is to improve the world around us.
